This ecommerce company specializes in sourcing certified pre-owned HVAC and EMS parts for homeowners and contractors servicing hospitals, schools, offices, and government buildings. Their mission is to make hard-to-find and discontinued HVAC/EMS controls accessible and affordable.

The client partnered with Get Found Agency to optimize their Shopify website and run paid advertising campaigns to increase ecommerce sales. Since starting in January 2019, our digital marketing efforts transformed their online business, producing consistent growth.

Through our work, the company experienced an 83% increase in conversion rate, 155% improvement in RoAS, and a 112% increase in revenue year-over-year (YoY).

The Challenge

The client’s ecommerce site initially lacked a strong online presence and had limited traffic and sales. Our initial CRO audit uncovered:

  • High Bounce Rate (61.4%), similar for both desktop and mobile.
